Seems to me like Vuze does not care what user wants and what not because when I uninstalled these media player and double clicked the video it automatically download the plugin. My suggestion is to remove the content of the folder: C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Azureus\plugins\azemp and than deny the write access to it.
