On my installation of Windows, it appears the flash player local storage is here: C:\Users\UserID\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Flash Player On Linux, this is probably: /home/.adobe/flash player/ or something similar to that. I haven't found a way to direct where the local storage of flash assets should be directed. Maybe it's hidden in these pages?
